Architect designed alterations to waterfront restaurant, commercial kitchen & bar fit-out.
A major renovation to the entire ground floor of a fore shore Coogee Icon, Barzurarestaurant | café | bar. There were extreme time, space and budget constraints. General builder’s scope included propping and demolition of existing walls and inserting fire rated structural beams, replacing old kitchen range hood with new acoustically engineered and designed kitchen exhaust.
We also create a grease trap, removal (jack hammering) of existing tiles on all walls and floors, pouring reinforced concrete slab and resurfacing with slip rated epoxy in the kitchen and service areas as well as natural quartz stone flooring and slip rated epoxy to public areas, installation of new kitchen services including cool room, pre-engineered acoustic ceiling system and wall treatment to restaurant as well as new illuminated signage, installation of new western red cedar bi fold shop front and doors, painting and installation of all pc items.
