Steven Turk has been my builder of choice since the first time I met him in 2007. I engaged Steven Turk as the builder for a major architect designed renovation to my private home. Until then i had had only very displeasing experiences with various builders on smaller projects and had never really engaged a builder for such a large scale of work or budget before. I was naturally extremely nervous and aprehensive.
Steven is a very personable man who understood and respected my reservations from the outset and made a conscious effort to help me feel secure about what was going on, the daily program and expenses throughout the building process. It did not take long before i trusted Steve and his contractors. I was thoroughly impressed by his onsite expertise and commitment to the job, his work ethic and his loyalty to myself and my family.
Steve is a gentleman and a professional man of his word. Although all building work in my previous experience had gone over budget and over time, Steve did everything in his physical being to ensure that costs remained fixed to the contract price and that the job was done on time. This level of commitment, workmanship and loyalty is almost impossible to find.
Since completing my perfectly executed family home on time and in budget in 2007, Steven and and his great team have renovated our water front restaurant twice in 2009 and in 2016 in Coogee; our two beach side yoga schools in Coogee in 2008 and in Bondi in 2015; and another addition to our family home in 2012 and the list goes on.

Steve Turk was the original builder of our beautiful apartment block which was finished two years ago. He was so proud of his project (as were we) we had no hesitation in asking him renovate to our apartment. We say to all our friends he was "an absolute delight to deal with" - which you would probably not say about too many builders.
Steve's attention to detail and workmanship, including his tradesman, was exceptional.
At all times Steve was professional, pleasant, punctual and he left our project each day in a condition that was as neat and tidy as possible. We trusted Steve's advice on a number of issues and some last minute modifications were accepted and implemented with ease.
