Rock cutting of upto 6 meters as well as exaction and peering and bracing of external walls. The structure is double brick cavity, suspended reinforced concrete slabs.
Finishes included commercial grade powder coated ventilation louvre, aluminium framed windows and bi-fold doors, timber flooring, electric floor heating, sealed limestone flooring to wet areas, sandstone cladding, frameless glass balustrades, recessed LED lighting and integrated services, custom joinery and highest quality finishes throughout. Council works including foot path over pass and associated road works to redirected services etc.
